Teacher Training By Dr. Diana Wehrell-Grabowski
Since 1987 Dr. Diana Wehrell-Grabowski a.k.a Dr. Diana has provided over 600 teacher training inservices, reaching over 50,000 teachers. She has conducted teacher training for hundreds of public and private educational institutions, corporations, and educational organizations throughout the nation. Additionally, Dr. Diana has provided family science workshops to over 5,500 individuals.
All of Dr. Diana's inservices are standards-based as well as inquiry-based. The inservices are "hands-on-minds-on". The participants are actively engaged throughout the entire training session conducting investigations, using inquiry-based methods.
Dr. Diana provides teacher training inservices to all grade levels, from preschool through high school level, covering all areas of science including teaching science through literature and connecting science across the disciplines.
Dr. Diana uses simple and inexpensive materials and supplies during her teacher training inservices to convey science concepts relative to the specific inservice. This allows for realistic implementation into the classroom, at affordable costs.
